Bryant with Wash Authority came out this week to “soft wash” our home’s siding, etc. He was friendly, professional, thorough & conscientious and the house looks amazing!! Every detail was cleaned. Lived here over 20 yrs & this is the best job ever done. Was worried about all my plants around the house but their special formula seems to have had no negative effects, 2 days later. Great work.

Wash Authority came to clean our solar panels. They texted when they were on their way and because I was in a meeting, they recorded a before and after so I could see the progress. They texted when they left and made sure everything was satisfactory.

I had mold on my roof I went down to Wash Authority a on west McCarty and talk to Eric Wulff the owner. He assured me his company could resolve my issues. On this past Tuesday they showed up and started cleaning my roof and gutters. They did a very professional job and my roof looks like new. Everyone in his company has a great attitude and is very respectful of my property. Thank you Eric and everyone who cleaned my roof.
